About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of the St. Clare Retirement Living precinct. This role involves collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all systems and equipment are installed, tested, and function as intended before being handed over to the Retirement Living Operations Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing commissioning plans for St. Clare.
  • Overseeing the commissioning process and coordinating with project teams and key stakeholders to prepare the building for residents to move into
  • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders regarding timelines, delays, and general project updates
  • Facilitating inspections and tests to verify system performance and identify deficiencies.

 

About you

You are an analytical thinker with a commonsense approach to solving problems and resolving issues. You have strong attention to detail and your time management and organisation skills are second none.

In addition, you possess the following:

  • Proven experience in commissioning and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
