About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Assistant (CSA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide quality personal care to our consumers in alignment with the VMCH vision, mission, and values.

  • Deliver high-quality personal care to consumers, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Assist consumers with daily living activities, promoting independence and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and community participation.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families.

About you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent; Certificate IV in Aged Care or Ageing Support is highly regarded.
  • A strong commitment to person-centred support.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to a suitable vehicle for transporting consumers.
  • Previous experience in aged care settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
