About the role

As the Business Project Manager, you will lead and manage key business projects and initiatives aimed at maintaining excellence in our home care services. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on-time and on-budget. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive operational decisions and support the deployment of new systems and practices, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Implement the transformation strategy for Home Care services in alignment with leadership objectives.
  • Lead change management and adoption strategies for new workflows and practices.
  • Create data-driven reports to inform operational decisions and improve processes.
  • Oversee the successful rollout of changes within the operational team.
  • Prepare project plans, reports, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.

About you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Home Care operational management or business project management within the aged care sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex operational projects as a delivery lead or project manager.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS applications, including Visio.
  • Strong understanding of home care operations, including program management and workforce management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
  • Extensive experience in data-driven operational reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and client management systems (e.g., CareLink, MS Dynamics).
