About the role
The primary role of the Concierge is to assist residents with their day-to-day requests by coordinating maintenance requests, attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical and pharmacy requirements.
In addition, the concierge is responsible for:
- Ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning
- Assisting at in-house events and functions
- Attending to various administrative tasks
About you
- Experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- First Aid Level 2 Certificate and CPR
