About the role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Officer with an accounting background to join our At Home Aged Care Team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support. You will play a key role in managing the administration of approximately 1,200 Home Care Packages across Victoria and over 180 Short Term Restorative Care clients

Key responsibilities:

  •   Work across the administrative tasks for Home Care Packages and STRC
  •   Respond to queries via phone and email
  •   Accurately process monthly claims to Services Australia
  •   Assist with package reconciliation and upgrades
  •   Data entry and prepare reports and documents
  •   Process Income Tested Care Fee letters as per Services Australia notification
  •   ADHOC duties

About you 

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Accounting background is preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Experience with Aged Care clients and Home Care Packages
  • Familiarity with Carelink or similar software
  • Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal Records Check
