About the Role
VMCH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our growing Social Enterprise programs across Victoria. Based in Mulgrave, this role is central to ensuring our disability support services run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll coordinate rosters, manage administrative tasks, and support our teams across hospitality, horticulture, retail, and creative industries.
Occasional travel to our social enterprise sites and other VMCH locations across Victoria will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain rosters for support workers across multiple locations
- Coordinate shift allocations and respond to scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate data in Carelink and other systems
- Liaise with support workers, clients, and case managers to ensure quality service delivery
- Provide administrative support including payroll data entry and enquiry tracking
- Support compliance with NDIS and VMCH policies, including incident and risk reporting
About You
- Experience in rostering and administration within disability or community services
- Strong working knowledge of Carelink and NDIS processes (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Victoria
