About the role

As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Advisor plays an integral role within VMCH. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing personalised, 5-star customer experiences, to both current and future customers, by listening to their needs and enquiries, proactively promoting VMCH services, directing them to the appropriate area and accurately recording a summary of the conversation.

We’re in a terrific city location, just 1 min walk from Parliament station, with easy access to plenty of shopping, cafes and bars nearby.

You are a natural communicator with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Whether over the phone or face-to-face, you bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. With a strong interest in aged care and disability services, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people from all walks of life.
