About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide a high-quality, responsive people partnering service to a diverse internal client group. You will work closely with senior leaders from the Disability, Home Care and Retirement Living sectors to deliver business outcomes through practical, values-led solutions and the development and delivery of HR strategies, frameworks, policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
You thrive on working in a complex compliance driven environment where you can see firsthand the difference your contribution makes to the lives of others. You enjoy variety in your work and have the ability to advise and coach managers on the full employee life cycle, with an emphasis on employee relations, performance management and transformation. You will be able to support the implementation of HR frameworks, policies, procedures and practices and workforce planning initiatives, compliance audits/accreditation, and prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
Key requirements
- Relevant qualification and demonstrated Human Resources experience (ideally in a Business Partnering model)
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and prepare high-quality reports
- Sound judgement and problem-solving capability, with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Experience in employee relations case management, consulting and coaching leaders
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Confident using HR information systems and conducting HR reporting/analytics.
Desirable
- Experience in a not-for-profit or community services environment.
