At VMCH, our vision as Catholic Not for Profit organisation is to be a leading provider of high-quality disability, specialist education, aged care and retirement living services. We’ve been in operation for over a century providing in home, residential aged care, retirement living, disability services and specialist education, we have over 50 locations, 2,600 employees, over 600 volunteers and provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Currently due to internal projects and growth, we are looking for a IT Project manager to come on board for 6 months. This role works closely with stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, meet business needs, and align with organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Delivery
• Governance, Accurate Reporting and Analysis
• Ensure the project stays within budget and delivered on time
• Manage all stakeholders and vendors in and outside the organization
• Prepare, manage and tack budgets, schedule and deliverables
• Develop and execute change management plans, and ensure smooth transition

Key Skills and Requirements:  

• Strong capability around project management and delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to influence and negotiate when necessary to meet the objectives
• Strong understanding of full SDLC and various systems
• Experience using Microsoft project and suits.
• Experience with Jira, Azure or similar platforms
• Experience working in Agile or Prince 2 methodology.
