About the Role:

The Learning Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving employee growth and organisational success. By designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs, they empower teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Working closely with departments across the business, they identify development opportunities, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure every initiative supports and strengthens the organisation’s strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic, engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars that inspire employees at every level to learn and grow
  • Design and continuously enhance high-quality training materials—including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules—in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives through feedback, surveys, and performance insights to ensure meaningful results
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide clear, data-driven reports that showcase outcomes and drive continuous improvement

 

Key Skills and Requirements: 

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Certificate IV in training & assessment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Strong understanding on the aged care sector
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence them as required
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms
  • Valid Driver’s license as the role is required to travel to various VMCH sites
