About the role
VMCH has identified a new pivotal vacancy for a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth in accommodation and disability programs offered. The role will lead a small team to ensure maximum opportunities for people to join a variety of disability services offered across Melbourne.
About you
You will be self-motivated, using your understanding of the disability sector to develop relationships with referral agencies, clients and their families. You will understand NDIS funding and opportunities for people to use their NDIS plans to access a variety of VMCH disability services. You will be adept in executing short and medium-term plans. You will lead a small and committed team that guides prospective clients to make informed decisions on access to VMCH services. You will work collectively with service managers to ensure VMCH delivers on its service promise. This full time role reports to the General Manager Disability Services
