About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our IT service operations!  The SDM will ensure the Information Technology Solutions and Service delivered meet the requirements of the VMCH staff.  You will oversee the day-to-day operations the Service Desk implementing processes to manage problems and improve customer satisfaction ensuring SLA targets are met.

About you 

Your will be an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a proven track record leading and developing an ITSM service desk team. You will be skilled in managing service level agreements, assisting to resolve complex problems, reporting on metrics measuring performance and call volumes.  You will excellent current knowledge of regarding technology and platforms that can be used to solutions and services. 

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a track record leading an ITSM service desk
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and SOE deployment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
