About the role

The Sales Professional will ensure maximised occupancy across our Retirement Living portfolio, primarily at our Villages located in the western suburbs. You will handle the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to settlement, maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets with the best outcome for vendors and buyers.  You will work closely with the Village Managers to follow up enquiries.

About you 

You will be an experienced Sales Professional with great communication and relationship skills you will follow up leads and enquires from potential clients and maintain a high-quality sales database (CRM).   You will ensure a positive client experience, managing the client from enquiry to settlement, including documentation and legislative requirements. 

Skills and experience

• At least 5 years' experience in property sales, preferably in retirement living or residential communities
• Outstanding ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Experience in sales funnel management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Understanding of RVA, retirement living sales, financials, and contracts Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Engage with depositors to reduce cancellations.
• Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager and Marketing Manager on sales strategy.
• Maintain a high-quality sales database (CRM) with daily updates.
• Promote VMCH within the local community through networking and events.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide best-practice initiatives.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and evaluate sales and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office
• Comply with VMCH Quality policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
