About the role

The Housekeeping and Domestic Services Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within our retirement village. Through your meticulous attention to detail, you will contribute the presentation of this beautiful facility and the wellbeing of our resident’s quality of life.

Part time position 25 hours per week, fantastic environment, join a great team.

About you 

You will be an experienced Housekeeper Domestic Services Attendant familiar with carrying out high quality domestic services to maintain the internal and external areas courtyards and communal spaces, you will ensure all cleaning equipment and cleaning are used safely and according to instruction.  You will provide excellent customer service, respecting resident privacy and confidentiality. 

Skills and experience

• Manage cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service, respecting residents' privacy and confidentiality.
• Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
• Attention to detail and ability to promptly address cleaning needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in a commercial cleaning environment.
• Experience working with seniors and vulnerable persons.
• Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
