About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support to the Community & Disability, Home Care team. You will play a key role in supporting the administration of approximately 1,200 Home Care Packages across Victoria and over 500 Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients. Delivering a high standard of administration support to ensure operational initiatives are completed on time and within budget, while reporting against key performance metrics.
