About the role
We currently have a requirement for a Chef Manager at our Luxury Retirement Living property based in Kew. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, providing high quality meals and an exceptional dining experience to residents and their guests.
Part time hours 26.5 – 34.00 hours per week
About you
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in the end-to-end management of food services, developing seasonal, nutritious menus, presenting outstanding food, adhering to food safety standards, financial regulations and stock management.
Working closely with the Precinct Manager and a small team of hospitality staff, you'll lead the kitchen to success by providing catering & hospitality services that exceed the expectations of all residents.
