About the role
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Retirement Living team. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Chief Retirement Living Officer, you will lead operational excellence, drive strategic growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our retirement living portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational management, with a strong focus on compliance with the Retirement Living Act.

You will be an experienced Senior Manager with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, foster exceptional customer service to strengthen resident relationships, and drive sales initiatives to sustain high occupancy levels.
