About the role

As a Community Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in empowering older members of our community to live independently and meaningfully within the comfort of their own homes. Working closely with the at Home Care team, you will develop a deep understanding of each client's individual needs and provide tailored support across a range of daily activities, including:

• Transportation
• Use of mobility aids and personal equipment
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping

About you

You have a passion for caring for the older members of our community and their families, whilst making a difference to someone’s everyday life. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals.

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or related field 
• Valid driver's license
• First Aid/CPR certification
