About the role
Reporting to the Retirement Living Manager, the Food and Beverage Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Food and Beverage services at St. Joseph’s Mews.
Key responsibilities include the delivery of meals, snacks, and beverages; setting up and packing down café and bar areas; and managing staffing requirements. The role also involves liaising with the Retirement Living Manager and engaging with prospective residents to plan and coordinate regular in-house meetings and functions.
About you
You are a dedicated and experienced hospitality Team Leader with a strong background in bar, bistro, and café operations. Your focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting guest needs, supporting menu planning, and coordinating functions. You consistently maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents and their guests.
