About the role:
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist that will play a pivotal role in fostering an evidence-based, progressive practice culture across the school. This role is instrumental in enhancing the skills and knowledge of staff through contemporary methods, theories, and practices that promote safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environments. The goal is to support student wellbeing and improve their capacity to engage meaningfully in learning.
As a subject matter expert in positive behaviour support, the Behavioural Specialist will identify the underlying causes of behavioral challenges and design targeted strategies, and intervention plans to address them effectively.
