About the Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver personalised, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently, maintain dignity, and enjoy a high quality of life every day.

• Flexible casual hours (minimum 15-20 hours per week)
• Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm
• Serving clients in Pakenham, Cranbourne, Clyde, Narre Warren, and Berwick—South-East Melbourne suburbs

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and social support
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Transport clients to appointments and outings

About you

You are passionate about caring for older members of our community and making a real difference in their everyday lives. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals.

• A big heart and a positive attitude
• Certificate III in Individual Support or related field 
• Valid driver's licence
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Police Check
