• Provide care according to the care plan, professional standards, policies and procedures
• Accurately collect, interpret, utilise, monitor and report information regarding the health and functional status of residents to achieve their health goals and outcomes 
• Develop, monitor and maintain a plan of care in collaboration with the RN, health care team and resident or medical treatment decision maker 

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with medication endorsement
• Minimum of a year's experience assessing Aged Care Residents and formulating Care Plans
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively and compassionately with residents, families, employees and volunteers 
• Interpersonal skills, patience, common sense and a strong ethos of client service
• Strong initiative and ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated
• Proficiency utilising information technology, with well-developed computer skills including MS Office
