- Proven track record of successfully leading large and complex projects with enterprise-wide impact, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.
- Extensive experience in applying business analysis to the management of IT implementations, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business issues into innovative and workable solutions that meet business needs.
- Proven expertise in change management, including the ability to manage change effectively in large and complex programs.
- Outstanding consulting skills, with a talent for devising innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including experience in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines within complex programs.
Superior relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills are a must in this role, with an ability to coordinate and host workshops, engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, influence and negotiate at the highest levels.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for providing authoritative guidance and direction to executive and operational teams.
