Join The University of Adelaide during a time of exciting growth as our next Academic Integrity Investigations Officer, where you will provide vital end-to-end administrative support for academic integrity investigations.

Education Quality supports a transformational educational experience at the University. It delivers robust systems for quality assurance, educational policy and compliance, accreditation services and course and program development. It monitors and evaluates performance against quality indicators and the impact of strategic initiatives.

Working under general direction, the Academic Integrity Investigations Officer is responsible for providing end-to-end administration of the process academic integrity investigations such as recordkeeping, communications, data stewardship, staff and student liaison). The role also supports research and investigation of complex cases by interpreting complex and technical data.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a case management / higher education environment (direct experience in academic integrity investigations highly valued).
  • High level of familiarity with the University’s Academic Integrity Policy and demonstrated understanding of the University’s policies and practices supporting learning and teaching.
  • Demonstrated experience in a student environment and a commitment to exceptional customer service, with continuous improvement in mind.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner and develop key relationships with staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and administrative experience and skills, including the ability work effectively under pressure and deliver across competing priorities and deadlines.
