(HEO6) $89,383 to $96,550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation will apply.

Multiple full-time fixed term contract until 31 December 2025. 

Based in the Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Curriculum Domain in the Adelaide CBD. 

About the role 

You will work with colleagues across both institutions and senior Integration Management Office (IMO) staff to manage program and course configuration and related academic administration processes for the new Adelaide University Curriculum Management System. You will provide expert advice on academic policies and procedures, and you will be responsible for development and ongoing maintenance of system features and functionality to ensure that academic, administrative, strategic and legislative requirements are met. 

 Core Responsibilities  

  • Work with the Curriculum Domain Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager(s), Partner staff and other IMO staff to provide expert advice relating to the configuration of the CMS to meet the goals and aspirations of the new Adelaide University. 

  • Maintain version control of program and course documentation. 

  • Provide coordination, oversight and execution of program deliverables. 

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with staff to ensure that the strengths of all stakeholders are leveraged in support of shared program outcomes. 

  • Role model a constructive, one team culture and demonstrate best practice operational service delivery and continuous improvement in all activities. 

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related area or equivalent experience gained within a university environment, demonstrating an understanding of the higher education sector. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of regulatory frameworks in Higher Education. 

  • Excellent report and minute writing skills and the ability to display discretion, particularly when handling confidential matters. 

  • Ability to analyse information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, synthesise broad information and analyse at a detailed level. 

  • Demonstrated experience in applying effective problem-solving skills and being innovative and creative in generating solutions and facilitating workshops and discussion.
