Are you passionate about leading in a fast paced environment and driven by making a genuine difference in people’s lives? We’re seeking a Customer and Community Advisory (CCA) Manager to join our Partnerships and Relationships Group in a permanent leadership role.
As a CCA Manager, you’ll lead a team of dedicated Customer Support Representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure a high-performance culture that puts the customer at the centre. You will play a key role in delivering WorkCover’s strategic direction, uplifting operational capability, and driving continuous improvement in how we serve our injured workers, employers, and providers across Queensland.
