We’re looking for a Senior Applications Support Analyst to join the Application Support team.

About you  

• Experience: 5+ years in application or technical support, with a track record of leading the resolution of high‑priority incidents. 

• Technical depth: Advanced knowledge of Control‑M and enterprise line‑of‑business systems (CPIS experience a bonus). 

• Methodology: Comfortable applying ITIL practices; ITIL v4 certification highly regarded. 

• Soft skills: Clear communicator, relationship builder, natural coach and calm under pressure. 

What you’ll do 

• Own and resolve critical incidents and outages, mobilising cross‑functional resources to restore service fast. 

• Provide expert second‑ and third‑level support for WorkCover’s core applications, driving continuous improvement and problem management. 

• Review and approve change requests, ensuring stability and minimal risk to business operations. 

• Coach and mentor team‑mates, championing ITIL v4 best practice and knowledge‑sharing. 

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk teams to fulfil information requests and proactively manage technology risk. 

• Document repeatable processes and contribute to projects to ensure supportability from day one.
