You'll bring a cohesive approach to communicating change, managing stakeholder relationships, and setting a cadence of regular touch points to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

You’ll contribute to:

  • Leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies across our project portfolio

  • Enabling successful transitions for individuals, teams and the organisation from current to future states.

  • Minimising resistance and increasing adoption through effective change management practices.

  • Building organisational change capability and maturity through mentoring and capability uplift initiatives.

A bit about you:

  • Deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives, ideally gained in regulated sectors like insurance, banking or financial services where navigating compliance and legislation is critical.

  • Strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools and behavioural science concepts

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels with the ability to work through a high degree of ambiguity and change

  • Commitment to developing practical strategies that drive sustainable change adoption.
