- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement outcomes that support operational excellence and organisational goals
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience, with a human-centred approach to coaching, mentoring and building team capability.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in government procurement frameworks. (particularly QITC exp for ICT category related position)
- Strong track record delivering end-to-end procurement, ideally within government finance/insurance sector, or a complex corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement policies, practices and emerging trends.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, supply chain or procurement (CIPS accreditation highly regarded).
Working in a collaborative team environment within a supportive and engaged organisation, you'll enjoy a hybrid work model, access to personalised learning and development opportunities and the holistic support of our health and wellbeing program.
