- Translate competing needs into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- Coordinate multi‑squad work across platforms, shared services, and domains.
- Navigate dependencies and risks to keep delivery moving.
- Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to drive aligned, strategic decisions.
- Provide technical insight to ensure integration work is build ready and aligned to architecture and security guardrails.
- Create visibility and confidence through metrics, dashboards, and open communication.
- Build an engaged, inclusive, high performing Integration Delivery team.
If you thrive on orchestrating the big picture, while elevating people, quality, and flow, this role will put you at the centre of meaningful and exciting enterprise change.
What We’re Looking For
A collaborative and strategic integration leader who:
- Confidently balances demand and capacity across multiple domains and squads.
- Thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments with evolving priorities.
- Communicates with influence and builds strong relationships at all levels.
- Champions predictable, secure delivery and drives positive stakeholder experiences.
What You’ll Bring
You bring a blend of technical depth, delivery leadership, and enterprise experience that enables you to lead integration at scale, including:
- Strong Agile and project delivery skills with hands-on integration expertise (APIs, events, NFRs, environments).
- Deep experience with modern integration and cloud platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka; Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Solid understanding of data formats, integration protocols, security and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerisation, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Ability to align integration work with architecture, business priorities, and technical guardrails.
- Strength in managing dependencies, risks, and senior‑level communication.

- Experience using ADO/Jira for portfolio, release, and environment planning.
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and vendors with a focus on capability uplift and performance.
- Strong business planning and business case development skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field (postgrad desirable), with extensive integration experience—ideally in insurance or financial services.
