Role Profile:
Provide expert guidance and customer care in the lingerie section. Assist customers in selecting the right fit and style, while maintaining the privacy, dignity, and comfort of the shopping experience. Support stock and visual standards and contribute to store targets.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Offer professional advice on fit, function, and styling of lingerie products to maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by understanding customer preferences and creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and Ensure stock is replenished and merchandised according to brand guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management for any concerns or selling opportunity
- Strong communications with Visual and Management team to achieve store targets & objectives
Knowledge:
- Customer first mindset and Familiarity with fabrics, construction, and product care.

Experience:
- Experience in product presentation, stock management and retails customer service
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for products and Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented and process-focused and strong at quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
