Role Profile:
Oversee the technical set up of the loyalty programme on key platforms – loyalty management system, CMS, campaign orchestration tool
Handle data and technical configuration of systems
Understand the technical and data landscape of the loyalty programme to trouble shoot and resolve issues
Lead testing and UAT of key loyalty programme features and build implementation
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Program orchestration, journey builder, ability to write free marker scripts for the personalization.
Conduct routine audits of systems and user practices
Write SQL queries to extract data.
Offers and rewards configuration and applying changes from UAT to Production
Manage CMS changes and updates
Ensure programme business rules are configured in line with business expectations
Collaborate with campaign vendors for continuous training requirements, outsourcing activities, and upgradation support.
Build promotion in line with customer lifecycle
Ensure micro services are working as expected
Investigate customer complaints and queries on points and account features
UAT and Testing Lead for all programme changes
Run automated test scripts for Mobile App and Website releases
Analysing system logs and monitoring logs to identify issues
Develop RCA in case of technical issues and provide business explanation
Manage technical documentation and processes end to end
Knowledge (Desired): Degree in computer science, IT, programming or related field
Experience 2 years experience
Well versed with SQL and HTML
Working experience with project management tools like JIRA.
Proficient in loyalty marketing tools like Microsoft Dynamics, COMARCH CLM, Epsilon etc.
Hands-on experience in implementation, operations and maintenance of customer management tools
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have excellent team skills and collaboration skills.
