The Role;

Area Visual Merchandiser Responsible for managing the market Visual Merchandising and store teams to deliver
effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays,
thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets

Roles Responsibilities;

• Visual Strategy & Communication:
  • Maintain brand visual standards and adapt guidelines based on market feedback.
  • Communicate visual expectations effectively to teams through training and education.
  • Report on visual trends and competitor analysis, fostering creative solutions.
• Visual Execution & Marketing Alignment:
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality visual implementation across stores.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising schedules, aligning with marketing initiatives.
  • Manage material distribution and provide timely updates.
• Team Leadership & Collaborative Creativity:
  • Develop and lead the Visual team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative visual strategies.
  • Uphold company values and build strong external partnerships.
