We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support across office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple tasks with precision. Experience in basic accounting or finance support is preferred.

  • Have worked in or has the ability to work in a monotonous role involving invoice closings, checking paperwork etc..
  • Tasks driven and can work under pressure.
  • Should be attentive to detail
  • MS Excel skills required. Additional MS skills are an advantage.
  • Individuals who have some accounting background or would have delt with cash transactions, receipts reimbursement etc… would have an advantage.
  • Oracle or any software knowledge would be an advantage.
