Key Account Manager

About the role:

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager and based in Malaga, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

 

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Nurture portfolio of prominent clients and build pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and quotes, manage contract renewals and negotiations with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.

About you:

  • Proven recent experience in an account management, business development role or sales role essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and you’re driven to achieve your set targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Unrestricted).
