The Opportunity

You will play a key role in driving the success of Cleanaway’s billing operations. You’ll be responsible for managing a team that handles invoicing, account queries, and billing reconciliations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer accounts.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Billings Team, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and billing processes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of administrators, fostering a positive work environment and promoting growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Cleanaway’s policies and procedures, while identifying areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address billing discrepancies, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, highlight issues, and recommend strategies to improve revenue accuracy and cash flow.

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative management role, ideally within Transport, or any similar industrial environment is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with billing or financial software is highly desirable.
