The Opportunity
Are you the go-to person who always has everything under control? We’re looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator who brings both professionalism and a personal touch to the office. In this role, you’ll support the Regional Manager with seamless organization, handle a wide range of administrative tasks, and coordinate everything from onboarding to customer reporting. If you’re someone who anticipates needs before they arise, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep things running—this role is for you!
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide essential support with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing administrative duties.
- Organize training sessions and onboarding activities, ensuring new team members feel welcomed and prepared to succeed.
- Oversee office tasks, from document prep and data entry to handling customer inquiries and ad hoc requests, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Prepare reports for key stakeholders and work across branches to assist with special projects, bringing organization and coordination that helps the team achieve great results.
- Capture and organize meeting notes, keeping the team on track with action items and follow-up tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel valued and supported.
About You
- Proven experience in administration or operations, with a knack for juggling tasks and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal skills, capable of engaging with team members and customers in a way that’s both professional and personable.
- Proactive, with an innate ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage your workload independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to pick up technologies.
- Flexible and willing to step in wherever needed, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every task.
