The Opportunity
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Southwest Team, based in Picton, WA. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead our operations team across the Southwest, focusing on driving client and customer satisfaction, promoting safety and well-being, and delivering financial and business growth.
- Coordinate the delivery of compliant and customer-focused waste services across multiple sites
- Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of 55 operators
- Identify and deliver operational improvements and exceed key performance benchmarks
- Manage and prepare detailed reports on all operational activities
- Conduct thorough incident investigations utilising well-established investigation techniques
About You
You will be a people-focused person with well-developed frontline leadership skills and can cover a rotating shift pattern to provide operational supervision from 4am – 5pm, Monday - Friday.
- HR license is desirable, but not essential
- Previous operational leadership experience is essential
- An uncompromising commitment to safety-first culture
- Proficiency with health and safety management systems
- Road transport and/or logistics experience will be highly regarded
