The Opportunity
The Dispatch Coordinator managers the day-to-day transport operations for our Wetherill Park site as part of the Hydrocarbons division. You will ensure the transport component of the business is operated in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. This role will also include.
- Coordinating and scheduling all driver routes to ensure customers are serviced
- Manage route optimisation ensuring efficient use of resources
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and operating procedures which includes monitoring and signing off daily driver check sheets
- Maintain relationships with third parties, contractors, suppliers and customers
About You
You will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver value to customers. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, you will bring the following skills to the position:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build solid working relationships with operations teams
- Good understanding of operating procedures
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite
