Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator

The Opportunity

Due to internal movement, we have a rare opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator to join our team based in Campbellfield.  This role will see you providing guidance to our operations teams in the delivery of the HSE plan initiatives and administrative support.

Additionally, you will also:

  • Support the business implement HS&E standards, guidance and tools
  • Provide HS&E Support as required (may include due diligence, tenders, incidents response and
  • investigations, etc.)
  • Ensure HS&E reporting and tracking are updated as required and assist with audits when required
  • Liaise with the regional senior management team in respect to HSE information gathering, analysis and reporting
  • Assist with Incident investigations, risk registers, control documents and training packs

 

 About You

You have a genuine passion for safety and environment and enjoy working in a collaborative operational environment.  You are capable communicator who thrives in solving problems and building relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will possess.

  • A qualification in Safety, Environment or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in Health, Safety and Environment role which provides support and advice to operational teams on general HSE queries and matters
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety or Environment standards, legislation, systems and industry best practice
  • Systems knowledge and capability in data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge of and capability in document management and or learning management systems - MyOSH
