Technical Contracts Manager - Civil Construction & Soil Importation

We are seeking an experienced Contractor Manager to oversee contract adherence and performance across key contracts related to civil construction and soil importation. You will play a pivotal role in managing contract relationships, ensuring compliance, and working closely with contractors to ensure the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract relationships and compliance, ensuring contractors meet all technical specifications.
• Lead monthly compliance meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and assess contractor adherence to agreements.
• Work closely with legal teams, handle contract negotiations, and write progress reports.
• Oversee a Graduate Engineer responsible for material testing.
• Manage multiple contracts including soil importation, biogas projects, and others.
• Lead stocktaking processes across various site-based contracts.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in contract management, with a focus on civil construction, soils, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of EPA soil testing regulations (IWRG).
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure contractor compliance.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sectors such as mining, civil construction, soil importation, or landfill management is highly desirable.
