The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced Fleet Systems Support Coordinator to join our supportive office in Silverwater, NSW. For the right candidate, we are open to a base in VIC. You will provide administration support by coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data and records.
- Accurate management of fleet databases, records, systems, and processes
- Supplier Management (scheduling, inventory stocktake & replenishment, queries)
- Liaise with end users of Fleet to process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of asset register updates
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders and resolve basic invoicing and receipting issues
- Establishing sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in the trucks & spare parts or road transport industries, including part ordering, stock control, stocktakes & Fleet based programs
- Customer service orientation, effective stakeholder management & liaison skills, backed with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an environment with exposure to multiple stakeholders.
- Strong data entry skills, technical and analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software and can pick up using new technology quickly.
