Administration Officer

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for handling key administrative and accounting tasks while providing excellent customer service.  

  • Manage sales enquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Handle disputes and facilitate effective resolutions
  • Address and resolve customer account enquiries
  • Process and reconcile month-end invoices, including council invoices and tipping invoices.
  • Assist with sales paperwork and customer account setup
  • Collaborate with the team on accounting tasks to maintain financial accuracy

About You

  • Previous experience in administration and accounting roles
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities with a customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of invoice processing and basic accounting principles
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
