The Opportunity
Based in Tullamarine, VIC, the Operations Supervisor will assist the Operation Manager in leading our operations team, focusing on driving client and customer satisfaction, promoting safety and well-being, and delivering financial and business growth. This will be a night shift role starting at 8PM to 4AM Sunday to Thursday.
- Coordinate the delivery of compliant and customer-focused waste services across multiple sites
- Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of 45 Drivers
- Manage and prepare detailed reports on all operational activities
- Rostering of operators and scheduling of fleet based on availability, jobs/customer requirements and fleet maintenance/service requirements
About You
- Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role, ideally within transport, logistics, or waste management environment is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff management and scheduling, with a focus on safety and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively within internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
