Who we are

TOMRA Cleanaway is the Network Operator responsible for delivering the NSW container deposit scheme, Return and Earn. We work with a diverse range of customers from consumers, return point partners and operational service delivery partners – TOMRA and Cleanaway to deliver a world class container deposit scheme for the citizens of NSW.

Your new role

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Identify and sign new return point partners as required from time to time.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across the return point network
• Completeness of scheduled site inspections and associated audit requirements and documentation
• Develop the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation, and company image

Your skills and experience

• Sales, account management and/or business development skills
• Customer service skills
• Exposure to retail highly desirable
• Customer complaint handling
• Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Return and Earn is desirable
• Exposure to account management and business development within a commercial business
