The Opportunity

Join our team in a pivotal role as a Commercial Analyst, where you'll shape pricing strategies, drive profitability, and make a meaningful impact. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and commercial business partners, to manage rate cards, review Salesforce approvals, and support larger, complex quotes. Beyond the numbers, you'll play an active role in educating and empowering the sales team to align with profitability goals, ensuring our strategies are both impactful and sustainable.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Undertake pricing analysis to identify trends and opportunities, prepare monthly reporting, and create dashboards.
• Oversee the strategy and performance of the customer portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with commercial business partners to analyze trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• Partner with sales teams to educate them on profitability, pricing guidelines, and strategic priorities.
• Build relationships across teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on goals.

About You

• Strong commercial acumen proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
