Business Resilience Manager

The Opportunity

Business Resilience at Cleanaway includes crisis management, emergency management, and business continuity management, following industry accepted frameworks and standards.

In this delivery role, you will be responsibility for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Cleanaway business resilience strategy, to ensure Cleanaway can anticipate, withstand, respond, and recover from business disruptions, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with leaders to deliver effective business resilience planning and implementation
  • Perform regular tests, audits, manage risk and business impact analyses for continuity plans
  • Coordinate activation of response teams in the event of business disruption, based on severity levels or other escalation triggers
  • Enhancing Cleanaway’s business resilience awareness, knowledge, and capabilities by providing expert advise

About You

You will have extensive experience in the development and execution of crisis management and business continuity planning. Furthermore, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications, in addition to:

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with senior leaders and proven ability delivering organisational change
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Experience in IT risk analysis preferred but not essential
  • Ability to provide strategic insight and proactively identify improvement opportunities
