The Opportunity
The Payroll System Analyst plays a critical role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the payroll system. This includes overseeing the integration, configuration, and functionality of payroll software updates and enhancement and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely management of all payroll related system issues
- Work with IT teams to implement automation solutions and integrate systems for increased workflow efficiency
- Work with external and internal auditing personnel to fulfill payroll audit responsibilities
- Ensure system compliance procedures are adhered to
About You
As a successful Payroll Systems Analyst you will have:
- Payroll systems support and maintenance experience
- Extensive experience in managing payroll security structures
- Experience in managing payroll master data
- Experience in managing interfaces between payroll systems and other finance systems
- Proven experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience within complex, multi-site and multi agreement organisations
- Demonstrated experience in Payroll system implementations
