Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Officer at Cleanaway, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational excellence. Here's what you'll do:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing expert assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service requests, schedule collections, and manage customer accounts.
  • Proactively communicate service updates, promotions, and initiatives to our valued customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

About You

We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to engage with customers:

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • While previous customer service experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with a passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to learn!
