The Opportunity
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising our leaders while delivering strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. You’ll work closely with managers and regional teams to enhance workforce engagement, leadership development, and organizational capability. The role is flexible in terms of location as there is some travel required across Sydney Metro visiting our various sites (e.g. Glendenning, Kemps Creek, Hillsdale, and Eastern Creek).
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead complex ER case management, including disciplinary processes, documentation preparation, and support in building strong, positive workplace practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to roll out programs that promote employee engagement, and drive succession planning and a high-performing culture.
- Deliver corporate programs, including diversity policies, respect-focused initiatives, and organizational capability projects.
- Support and develop line managers to handle people management challenges effectively and confidently.
- Contribute to projects that enhance workforce engagement and improve operational efficiencies.
About You

- You thrive on making a tangible impact through the delivery of results and are passionate about adding value and partnering with leaders.
- With a strong track record in managing complex employee relations (ER) cases and coaching leaders through key processes, you’ll bring both expertise and confidence to the team.
- You’ll appreciate the flexibility this role offers, including the opportunity to work across multiple sites within the Sydney Metro area.
